Latanya Chapman-Turner is married to Minister Tavaris Turner, Sr. and has a son and two daughters.  Ms. Chapman-Turner has a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology and is currently a Career Coordinator at the Taliaferro County School.  She has obtained a Life Coach certification and a Medical Records Clerk certification.  Ms. Chapman-Turner says she helps deliver Victory Train packets because she wants to see everyone succeed in life and that includes children.  If I can change, then I’m more than willing to do so for our kids.  Her motto is, “If I can’t help you, I will not hinder you.
